Who we are
This policy explains how ENAK DESIGN LLC (“enak design”, “we”, “us”), a Wisconsin limited liability company at 1264 Misty Forest Rd, Sun Prairie, WI 53590, handles personal information. Contact us at info@enakdesign.com or (608) 520-5197.

Apps and websites we build for clients have their own privacy policies, which explain who operates them and how they handle data. Where we publish an app on a client’s behalf, that app’s policy names both the client and ENAK DESIGN LLC.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone, business name, website address, and what you tell us about your project, budget and timeline.
- Client and portal information: account details for people we invite to the portal, agreements and signatures, invoices and payment status, messages, files and approvals.
- Technical information: basic request data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded by our hosting and security providers. When you first visit, the site may store in your browser how you arrived (for example a campaign link or referring page) so we know which channels bring inquiries. This stays in your browser until you send an inquiry or close the tab.
- Payment information: card and bank details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to inquiries, prepare proposals and provide our services
- To create and secure portal accounts, and to record agreements and signatures
- To invoice and collect payment
- To keep our systems secure and prevent spam and abuse
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
Client data we process for others
When a client uses our platform to manage their own customers, the client decides what information is collected and how it is used. We process that information on the client’s behalf and under our agreement with them. Questions about it are best sent to the client; we will help them respond.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:
- Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, databases, sign-in and storage)
- Vercel and GitHub (website hosting)
- Cloudflare (spam protection on our contact form)
- Google Workspace (email and documents)
- Stripe (payments)
- Email and text-messaging providers, when we send messages for you or for a client
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for following up, and client records for the life of the relationship plus the period needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Client data held in the platform is kept, exported or deleted as the client’s agreement says.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, separate workspaces for each client, and audit records of staff access. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop sending you marketing messages. Email info@enakdesign.com. We will verify the request and respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s law, and we will honor them.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell clients directly.
